Delivery charges

Will deliver within New Zealand. Delivery is by courier as per your purchase. If your order is over $100 please contact us by email and your shipping fee will be waived. We aim to delight with every order, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

We like to process orders as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include your tracking details. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

If you would prefer to pickup your online order, you can Click & Collect from our Warehouse in Auckland by arrangement.

2) Select ‘Click & Collect’ from 'Shipping Method' at checkout.

3) Receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected.
